Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Statue

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective foam and box to ensure it remains safe from damage during the transit journey.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
